About
My name is Saurabh Arora. I am a Google Developer Expert for Android, based in the SF Bay Area. I build mobile apps with Jetpack Compose and Kotlin Multiplatform, shipping from a single codebase across Android, iOS, Desktop, and Web. Lately I spend as much time on how mobile gets built as what gets built: architecture that holds up as an app grows, and working with AI agents so they do real mobile engineering instead of fancy autocomplete.
This blog is where I write about all of it: Compose, Kotlin Multiplatform, mobile architecture, and agentic mobile development.
Outside of work and meetups, I am a big tennis (read Federer) and cricket fan. I also like to keep myself fit through sports such as Tennis, Squash and Calisthenics.
Work with me
I do 1:1 sessions for mobile teams and engineers: architecture consults, pair programming on your own codebase, and getting AI agents to do real mobile work. If you’re making decisions you’ll live with for years, or trying to get more out of AI than autocomplete, book a session on Topmate →.
